Matching Gift

The voluntary sharing activities of members have been settled as one of our corporate cultures.

By introducing and Matching Gift system to make “Warm-hearted AmorePacific,” participations of employees have been invigorated and the activities have been expanded, which has been settled as a corporate culture of AmorePacific. Along with the Salary Fraction movement, the Matching Gift system has been expanded and carried out since February 2006.

AmorePacific has supported the same amount of funds as funds donated by participating in social contribution activities (Salary Fraction movement, Pink Ribbon Marathon of Love) led by AmorePacific; funds collected by donations to the organizations endorsed by the members (periodic individual donations by the members), funds created through in-company donations which are related to corporate sharing activities (including special purpose fund). Many members have participated in and carrying out the culture of sharing.
